10 Minute Blueberry Toast

Ingredients

maple syrup

lemon zest & juice

bread of choice

blueberries

df yogurt

1. Make the blueberry compote

Cook the blueberries, maple syrup, and a squeeze of lemon juice until the compote has thickened and easily coats the back of a spoon.

2. Assemble the toast

Smear yogurt on top of the toasted bread slices followed by spoonfuls of the syrupy blueberries and a sprinkle of lemon zest over the top.
