Jerk Shrimp Tacos With Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

fresh pineapple

jerk seasoning

red onion

olive oil

cilantro

lime juice

shrimp

1. Make the salsa

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Toss to combine and add more salt as needed, to taste. If your pineapple isn’t too sweet, you may need to add a little honey or sugar.

2. Season the shrimp

In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and jerk seasoning until well-coated.

3. Cook the shrimp

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook for 1-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

4. Assemble the tacos

Add the cooked shrimp to warm tortillas. Top with salsa and any additional toppings. Serve with lime wedges.
