Margherita Pasta (Dairy Free)

Main Ingredients

spaghetti

basil

pasta sauce

dairy free mozzarella

olive oil

tomatoes

balsamic vin

1. Cook pasta

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining the noodles.

2. Add sauce & assemble

Toss pasta with sauce and divide between bowls. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt & pepper
