Sun-Dried Tomato Pâté (Vegan Spread)

Ingredients

garlic

onion

sun-dried tomatoes

fresh basil

olive oil

lemon

melted vegan butter

raw cashews

1. Soften cashews

Soak the cashews and dry-packed sundried tomatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes to soften. Drain and rinse.

2. Blend

Add the cashews and sun-dried tomatoes to the bowl of a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
