Roasted Tomato Butter

Ingredients

cherry tomatoes

garlic

fresh basil

thyme

dairy free butter

1. Broil the tomatoes

Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil the tomatoes until they have even blistering.

2. Whip together

Add the cooled blistered tomatoes and garlic to a food processor fitted with the S-blade with the rest of the ingredients. Process until well combined.
