Thai peanut sauce is a creamy sauce with a salty, nutty, slightly umami taste. You'll want to put this sauce on noodles, vegetables, and everything in between. Dairy free with a gluten free option.
Add all the sauce ingredients to a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Start with 5 tablespoons of hot water and add more as needed. Taste and add more acid, heat, or sweetener as needed.
Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
