Apple Vinaigrette

Homemade apple vinaigrette is naturally sweet and tangy with a creamy texture. Enjoy this delicious dressing any time of year but especially on fall salads or over roasted root vegetables.

  • Blend. Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and season to taste with kosher salt. If your apple is more tart, add one to two teaspoons of maple syrup or honey.

No apple cider vinegar? - use white wine vinegar.
