Ingredients
 

Dairy Free Buffalo Sauce

  • ¼ cup dairy free butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper based hot sauce such as Frank's red hot original
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Pat the peeled shrimp dry with paper towels then add them to a large bowl along with a pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to combine and set aside.
  • Make the buffalo sauce by whisking together the ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove the cooked shrimp from the skillet and toss in the buffalo sauce.
  • Assemble the tacos. Spoon the thinly sliced cabbage into the warm tortillas. Top with the saucy shrimp and a drizzle of ranch. Enjoy!

No green cabbage? - you can also use napa cabbage or purple cabbage.
