Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing (Dairy Free)

Dill pickle ranch dressing is a creamy salad dressing with the tangy flavors of traditional ranch dressing but the added crunch of pickles. This recipe is a big hit for pickle lovers and ranch lovers alike.

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise use vegan if needed or to make it egg free
  • 3-4 tablespoons minced dill pickles to taste
  • ¼ cup dill pickle brine from the pickle jar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk to combine and season to taste with more pickles or pickle brine as needed.
  • Makes 1 heaping cup.

Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

No mayo? - use a thick plain dairy free yogurt or Greek yogurt instead.
Make it egg free - use vegan mayo.
Add-ins - do equal parts mayo and equal parts dairy-free sour cream for a tangier flavor, cayenne pepper or hot sauce for a kick or smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
Variations - use spicy pickles or bread and butter pickles.
