Peach caprese salad is a delicious twist on traditional caprese salad. It has juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella (dairy-free), fresh basil, and good quality olive oil. Make this seasonal appetizer for a picnic, BBQ, or hot summer night.
Assemble. Layer peach slices, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil leaves on a large plate or platter.
Season. Sprinkle with flaky salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
Drizzle. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze (if using) on top. Enjoy!
Notes
If your peaches are really sweet, I don't recommend using the glaze, otherwise the salad ends up tasting too sweet overall.See the blog post for helpful tips, storage, and recipe FAQs.
