  • Whisk together the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Season to taste with kosher salt and more dill pickle juice as needed.

Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

No dill pickle juice? - you can also use vinegar such as apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, champagne vinegar, or white vinegar.
Make it egg free - use vegan mayo.
Add-ins - a couple shakes of hot sauce or cayenne pepper for a little kick, a small squirt of yellow mustard, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder or onion powder for even more flavor, or chopped dill pickles for a chunkier texture.
