  • Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and emulsified. Season to taste with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

Use a different orange variety - such as blood oranges, cara cara oranges, mandarins, etc.
No honey? - use maple syrup.
Use a different kind of vinegar - it's also delicious with sherry vinegar, champagne vinegar, rice vinegar, or even apple cider vinegar.
