Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

No fish sauce? - use caper brine, anchovy paste, or whole anchovy fillets in olive oil.
No champagne vinegar? - you can also use white wine vinegar, sherry vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or red wine vinegar. Or an extra tablespoon of lemon juice
Make it egg free - use vegan mayo.
