  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 small garlic clove minced
  • ½ teaspoon diamond crystal kosher salt start with ¼ teaspoon if using anything else and add more if needed, to taste
