Asian shrimp tacos are made with marinated fresh shrimp that's cooked until tender and served on warm tortillas with a crunchy slaw. This recipe is dairy free and gluten free.
Make the marinade. Whisk the marinade in a small bowl then toss the shrimp in. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the shrimp. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Once hot, arrange the saucy shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Assemble the tacos. To a warm tortilla, add a smear of sauce of choice (optional) followed by the shrimp, then top with slaw.
