Chocolate covered oranges are a quick and easy sweet treat. They're a healthier alternative to candied oranges but are just as delicious. Plus, they're ready in 15 minutes.
Prep oranges. Remove the orange peel and break each orange into segments, removing as much of the white pith as possible.
Melt chocolate. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with refined coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Dip. Dip each orange segment in melted chocolate then arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet or plate lined with a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on the chocolate dipped side.
Chill. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
