These hot honey Brussels sprouts make a perfect side dish. They're roasted in a hot oven until golden brown then tossed in a homemade hot honey sauce. This easy recipe is dairy free and gluten free.
Add the trimmed and halved brussels sprouts directly to a rimmed baking sheet. Toss them with olive oil, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper then arrange the brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer. Roast 20 minutes, stir, and cook another 15-20 minutes.
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together hot sauce, honey, dairy free butter, minced garlic, and salt. Heat for 3-5 minutes stirring often until it comes to a gentle simmer. Remove from the heat and adjust the flavors as needed.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and pour over the hot honey glaze. Enjoy!
