Granola Bowl With Yogurt & Fruit

Yogurt bowl topped with granola, pomegranate seeds, orange segments, and cubed fresh pear topped with hemp seeds.
Granola bowl is made with granola, creamy yogurt (dairy free), and seasonal fresh fruit. A balanced breakfast bowl that isn't too sweet and is dairy free and gluten free.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup thick yogurt of choice I used Cocojune's pineappple yuzu protein yogurt
  • cup homemade granola or store bought
  • ¾ cup fresh fruit whatever's in season at the time
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Assemble. Spread the yogurt in the bottom of the bowl. Top with granola, fruit, a sprinkle of hemp seeds or any other toppings you'd like. Enjoy!

Make It Your Way: Substitutions & Variations

Use a different type of fruit - such as fresh berries like fresh strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cara cara or blood oranges, etc. 
Yogurt bowl additions - chia seeds or chia seed jam, pumpkin seeds, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, a dollop of peanut butter, creamy almond butter, or another type of nut butter, etc.
