This creamy lime tahini dressing comes together in 5 minutes, has a handful of simple ingredients, adds a tangy, flavorful punch to grain bowls, salads, and slaws, and makes a great dipping sauce!

Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil
zest
of 1 lime

mellow white miso

rice vinegar

creamy tahini

honey
pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
Store in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
