Grape salad is a fruit forward salad with a tangy citrus dressing and fresh herbs. Unlike traditional grape salads, this one has a bright, fresh flavor because there's no cream cheese or sour cream to weigh it down.
Make the dressing. In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and a tiny pinch of salt. Whisk to combine.
Make salad. Add the halved grapes, diced celery, chopped nuts, and minced mint leaves to the bowl with the dressing. Toss to evenly distribute the dressing. Chill until ready to serve!
