Skillet Fish Tacos With Mango Salsa

warm tortillas

seasoned fish

homemade mango salsa

sauce of choice

1. Make the salsa

Add the salsa ingredients to a small bowl. Mix to combine and cover. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

2. Season the fish

Pat the fish dry to remove any moisture then cut the fish into large chunks. Add them to a large bowl with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix to combine.

3. Cook the fish

Cook in a single layer for a few minutes on each until cooked through (the cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your fish fillets).

4. Assemble tacos

Assemble the tacos by layering flaky fish on warm tortillas followed by mango salsa and any additional toppings if desired.
