- Blend. Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth and season to taste with kosher salt. If your apple is more tart, add one to two teaspoons of maple syrup or honey.

Helpful Tips
- Use a blender, not a food processor. You’ll get a much smoother consistency using a high powered blender, plus it also helps emulsify the dressing.
- Use fresh apple, not apple juice concentrate. The fresh apple takes the flavor to the next level.
- Separation may occur once refrigerated, so just give it a stir or shake.

Quick Tip: When adding the dressing to a salad, only dress the amount you’re going to eat right away. Especially with delicate salad greens. Otherwise, they’ll get too soggy. If dressing a hearty salad, it can be dressed ahead of time.
Storage
Store the dressing in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
