Frequently Asked Questions

Do stuffed dates need to be refrigerated?

Yes, because savory dates contain perishable ingredients and for sweet dates, it ensures the chocolate doesn’t melt at room temperature.

Can dates be frozen?

You can initially freeze stuffed dates if dipping them in chocolate to more quickly harden the shell, but it’s best to store them in the fridge for a longer period of time for the best texture.

Are stuffed dates healthy?

Dates are a great source of fiber, potassium, antioxidants, and a natural form of sugar so they’re a great option for healthy snacks, desserts, etc.
